Staff is accommodating, thoughtful and helpful, he taught me how to take the jeepney like the locals, rooms are comfortable, location is excellent, just 2 stations distance to the centre area, laundry shop and barber shop is close.

Seamless check-in/out, spacious and decent bed/bathroom, and quiet AC for a restful sleep. The strategic location near key places and accessible transportation enhanced my experience. The variety of dining options and nearby laundry shops added convenience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed to store my luggage as I was checking out early. The room itself is good enough for its price but don't expect extravagant facilities. They don't have heater so expect cold showers if doing in the evening. Location is accessible, a lot of jeepneys and taxis pass through the road just outside. Do check the location if it suits your itinerary. Going to known tourist spots would usually require taking 1, 2, or 3 rides of jeepney/bus so it not be the strategic location depending on your itinerary. Since it's close to a school, there a lot of eateries around the area (walking distance). Other point to consider: you have to use the stairs when going up floors so also consider this when packing luggages as they might be difficult to bring up and down.

Isa to sa mga affordable na accommodation na natry out namin. Malinis din and talagang matulungin ang mga staff nila. They helped us finding our way in the city. conveniently located din.

super accommodating staff, we arrived a little early and they offered to store our bags for the meantime while waiting for our room to be ready. Location was also convenient.

Everyone, from the receptionists to the guards, is very kind and accommodating. toiletries were provided and the towels are soft and smells good.
